Damaged or incorrect merchandise
To submit a claim for damaged or incorrect items, merchandise must be inspected within 3 business days of delivery and errors, mistakes and flaws must be claimed within these 3 business by contacting us via email to email@example.com . A return authorization must be obtained prior to returning damaged merchandise. A return label will be provided.
Returned to sender/ declined shipments
Packages that are being returned to us for an incorrect address, refused delivery or any other reason beyond our control will be treated as a return and a refund will be issued less shipping and handling cost and a 30% restocking fee. If you wish to have the item re-delivered, the shipping charges have to be covered by the customer. To request re-delivery, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Returns with Postage due or COD
We do not accept any packages with postage due or COD. Our warehouse will decline receipt of such packages.
