TERMS & CONDITIONS
Customers are required to provide proof of business registration. New customers are subject to a minimum order within 5 days of registration.
All Customers agree to abide by Jung GmbH, LLCs terms of business. We take pride in our great reputation and protect our brand names. With enrollment you may sell our merchandise in your store and online.
RETURNS & CLAIMS
All sales through our Wholesale program are final and returns are not accepted. Refusal of shipments are not permitted and are subject to a 30% restocking fee in addition to the Shipping and handling fee.
Damaged or incorrect merchandise can be returned, a request for return authorization must be made within 5 business days upon receiving the goods.
Orders are subject to availability, should one or more items in your order be unavailable, we will ship the remaining items in your order and not bill or issue a refund for the unavailable item(s).
TRADEMARKS & COPYRIGHTS
All trademarks, service marks and trade names of Jung GmbH, LLCand its affiliates.
All Trademarks found on our site are registered Trademarks of their respective owners.
Images found on our site are copyrighted and you need written permission to use these images. Contact your account representative if you intend to use our images in business.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Orders are shipped with Ground Services via UPS or USPS unless advised by customer.
Jung GmbH, LLC shall not be held liable for loss, damage or destruction of the shipment while in possession of the Shipping Service.
MINIMUM ORDERS
Our wholesale program requires minimum orders to be met while enrolled in our wholesale program. Customers who do not meet wholesale standards might be removed from the program and can re-apply.
BRANDS FOR SALE
We offer merchandise of multiple brands on our site. Not all brands on our retail site may be eligible for wholesale pricing or are not available for wholesale at all.
