We ship to all 50 States in the United States with UPS only. We try our best to ship your order within 2 business days of payment but please allow 3 business days during peak times.

Shipping Fees are calculated during checkout and are based on the weight and the size of the package and your location.

Can I use my own UPS account for my shipments?

This service is available for our Gold and Platinum customers only at this time. By default we use our UPS account to ship your merchandise.

Can I upgrade my shipping Service to 2-Day or Next Day delivery?

We offer expedited shipping options during the checkout. If expedited shipping rates are chosen, your order will be treated with Priority and is guaranteed to ship within 1 business days.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, the tracking information will be emailed to you once available so you can trace your order every step of the way.

All Sales are Final. Merchandise must be inspected within 3 business days of delivery and errors, mistakes and flaws must be claimed within these 3 business by contacting us either by calling 1.844.TIE.DRAKE or via email to info@tiedrake.com . A return authorization must be obtained prior to returning merchandise, no returns will be accepted without a Return authorization number.
