We ship within the United States only. We try our best to ship your order within 2 business days of payment but please allow 3 business days during peak times.
Shipping Fees are calculated during checkout and are based on the weight and the size of the package and your location. You can choose the shipping service that suits your need during checkout, Estimated delivery dates are displayed, but please note that these are in fact estimates and we DO NOT GUARANTEE a specific delivery date. We try to ship all items within one package, however, in rare instances we may have to split an order and ship in multiple packages. We reserve the right to change the shipping service provider chosen if an equal or better service for your order is available.
Can I use my own UPS or FedEx account for my shipments?
At this time we do not offer the use of you personal or business shipper accounts.
Can I upgrade my shipping Service to 2-Day or Next Day delivery?
We offer expedited shipping options during the checkout. If expedited shipping rates are chosen, your order will be treated with Priority and is guaranteed to ship within 1 business days. Delivery dates displayed are estimates only, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE a delivery date.
Can I track my shipment?

If the FREE SHIPPING option was used for your purchase and your order does not meet the $50 minimum order after parts of your order were returned, a $8 restocking fee will be applied against the refund.
We do not accept any returns shipped later than 30 days of order date.
Damaged or incorrect merchandise
To submit a claim for damaged or incorrect items, merchandise must be inspected within 3 business days of delivery and errors, mistakes and flaws must be claimed within these 3 business by contacting us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org . A return authorization must be obtained prior to returning damaged merchandise. A return label will be provided.
